Work in progress with Perth and Kinross Council

19th Apr 2013

Ongoing Active discussions with Perth and Kinross Council

The Ericht Trust continues to pursue its goal to develop the old Hill Primary Site into a vibrant centre for the community.

We have had a few meetings with senior management of PKC following the submission of our Business Plan which the officers have agreed is viable.

As  part of our award from the Heritage Dragon's event we are beginning to use the resources we have won.

A meeting last week with Gareth Cheeseman, Architectural Heritage Fund, Scotland proved very worth while. He praised the detail of the Business Plan and thought it and our Community Consultation survey were amongst the best he had ever seen. We continue to work with Gareth.

We have started using help from Alistair Dearinge, Lindsays, Edinburgh. He is one of the top charity lawyers in the country.
